The apartment is on the 4th floor, and there’s an elevator from the first floor. Newly renovated comfortable apartment in prime location to explore Tokyo. Spacious studio with bright and modern interior. We have 1 (140 x 200cm) real beds, and sofa is also equipped. Great for a couple, or friends and family members to share.
Located close to central Shinjuku area. 15-20 min walk to Shinjuku. Edge of Shin Okubo where it's known as Korean/Asian town in Tokyo. Lively streets with convenience stores, restaurants, grocery shops, supermarkets, etc. You can fully enjoy Tokyo from the hub!!

* CVS / Lawson, Family Mart and 7-11. The closest one is Lawson. 1 min from the house.

There are many restaurants and shopping. You don’t have to worry about eating. And our house is very safe.
