A Kyo-Machiya located 40 meters to the east of Kitano Tenmangu shrine. It is located in a calm residential area where there are many other Kyo-Machiyas that make a stunning town scape. To the south is an old Geisha street called "Kamishichiken" in addition to the crowded streets of Kitano Tenmangu Shrine.
With a double height ceiling above the kitchen, and a spacious garden behind the Tatami room, this is a house with traditional beauty and floor plan uniquely to a Kyo-Machiya. Ancient Japanese natural materials were utilized to provide comfort during your stay.
