Hi! We are a subsidiary company of a real estate company.
Our apartments are full furniture and will equipped.
As your booking are longer than monthly then it is totally safe and legal, which called monthly rental.
Monthly rental is regarding by the real estate law. We have the sublease contract to lease the property safe and legally.
Totally 25 rooms in the same building! We have studio type and 1LDK type!
