Building Description

A new shared house with a total of 24 rooms has been established near Otsuka Station on the Yamanote Line.

Otsuka Station is situated between Ikebukuro and Sugamo. Many people may have the impression of it being a "modest station sandwiched between bustling districts." However, in 2013, a large station building was constructed, transforming the atmosphere into a much more convenient and sophisticated environment.

Nevertheless, at the south exit, you can find one of the few remaining streetcars in Tokyo, and in front of the station, there is a nostalgic shopping street. The batting center that evokes the Showa era has become a landmark of Otsuka Station, and the inexplicable charm of its peculiar mix is strangely captivating, making it a uniquely charming town.

While there are plenty of shops lined up in front of the station, a 5-minute walk will take you to a completely different, quiet residential area. The shared house is located in this peaceful area accessible through the park. With supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, you won't have any trouble with your shopping needs.

This newly built three-story property has its wallpaper and flooring carefully selected by our staff. Although the rooms are not very spacious, they come fully furnished, including individual mailboxes. We hope you can come and see it for yourself!
