The house is custom-built with lightweight steel frame structure by Daiwa House Industry.
The house is at the corner of southeast with excellent sunlight.
It is a highly functional lay out with plenty of storage spaces.
The living/dining/kitchen space is over 30 "jo" meters, and the large sofa can be placed comfortably.
It is also designed to ensure privacy without worrying about pedestrians' line of sight from the road on the east side.
The residence is bright and airy with many windows and openings in every room, and there are a total of three balconies, including a spacious roof balcony on top.
From the roof balcony, you can enjoy Mt. Fuji on clear days, and fireworks over the Tama River in summer.
The 6.7 "jo" bedroom on the west side of the second floor has a maximum 3.8 meter-high atrium.
All windows are double grazed, and floor heating is in the living/dining/kitchen on the 1st floor, and dressing room, and north bedroom on the 2nd floor.
Security is also provided by SECOM home security (needed separate contract), TV monitor intercom, and electric shutters on the windows.
Located in a quiet residential area, only 3 minutes-walk to Komazawa Olympic Park.
The neighborhood is also dotted with tasteful open cafes, or restaurants where you can spend time with your pet.
